Anny Havland started out her career as a model back at the young age of 14 when she ranked in a local model search. It wasn’t until after high school when she decided to follow her dreams of being on camera. She started things off In her 20′s where she appeared on a Warner Brothers reality TV Show. She’s also appeared on national and local commercials.
Anny’s passion and energy for business stems from having entered the local workforce at age 14. Her wheels (now heels) started spinning then and she hasn’t stopped. She was recently recognized as one of Western Washington’s Women of the Year by King 5 News and has been featured in various publications as a top local business owner.

Rick Walters is a 13 year US Army veteran with a creative mind and an eye for composition. As a photographer and a videographer, he enjoys telling stories with framing, color and movement while paying strict attention to technical specificity. Rick began working professionally in 2010 for the veteran owned and run Adventus Films on narrative film, documentary and commercial projects. He’s produced award winning short films like A Man, Buried, Scamp and the feature length Fantastic Confabulations (Old Loyal Films). Currently he is co-directing the spectacular, post-apocalyptic sci-fi web series Phoenix Run (JWalk Entertainment) and will be directing the forthcoming horror-thriller The Resolution. Rick is relentless in pursuing his craft and has been heard saying that he makes film because he enjoys solving complex problems with stimulating people. Rick is a professional actor as well and has made appearances on TNT’s Leverage and he has a reoccurring role on NBC-Universal’s Grimm. His next personal project is an veteran outreach program called The Warrior Film Project, built to provide production service and support to veterans who want to become film makers and more importantly, to find healing through the art of film making.
David studied Film making at Bellevue College. It didn’t take long for him to find his passion for editing. Countless days, weeks and years later he has managed to become a ninja in the edit bay, . David’s portfolio consists of Television, Film and Web content ranging from music videos to short films and beyond. He dedicates himself to always push a project to the next level before rolling it off the chopping block.
Marta Helpenstell graduated from Western Washington University in 2012 with a degree in Communication and a minor in Journalism. She was hired soon after to Talk It Up TV after working as an intern her last quarter.
Marta was introduced to Anny by a fellow crew member and was instantly drawn to the exciting and always entertaining world of Talk It Up TV. With a background in reporting, editing, multimedia and photography, Marta is thrilled to have an opportunity to work as assistant to the Executive Producer and learn more about the ins and outs of TV production and business management for such an amazing company.
